    Default PHP and other coding...

We are still thinking about using ZN for our new site. But, alot of people have said that you have to be a wizz at coding to use ZN. How true is this? I know nothing about coding. I am more of a point and click type person. So, will I be getting in over my head?

I don't know who's saying those that, but it sounds rather ill-informed. I know of designers and other web professionals who make a living from building Zen Carts with little or no knowledge of coding.

Of course, if you want Zen Cart to do something radically different from that which it's designed to do, some coding knowledge might be useful, but that's going to be case whatever app you use.

I've been using Zencart for 6+ years and I can't code 'Hello World'. CSS and HTML let me do everything I need to do.

So, there is no coding needed unless you plan on doing something major? The other cart program people are trying to get me to use is Open cart or something like that. I just don't want to have to deal with learning coding...

It's unlikely you'll need to do any actual coding. You will have to understand how to edit some files, but those are really tweaks (like changing what something says on your site) and not real coding.
