Hebrew Pack Problem with Checkout process

Hi, I have a Hebrew Pack Problem with Checkout process.

when I change the language of my cart to Hebrew and I am clicking on one of my products and I am continuing to the checkout process suddenly the next page is blank(White).

this link index.php?main_page=checkout_shipping

it's become whine/blank screen on step 2 - choose payment method

what can I do to resolve the problem?

I got this error in the log file:

what is that mean?

Most likely a corrupt file/upload of file

Extra line space at opening php tag as it indicates line 1
