Hebrew Pack Problem with Checkout process

Hi, I have a Hebrew Pack Problem with Checkout process.

when I change the language of my cart to Hebrew and I am clicking on one of my products and I am continuing to the checkout process suddenly the next page is blank(White).

this link index.php?main_page=checkout_shipping

it's become whine/blank screen on step 2 - choose payment method

what can I do to resolve the problem?

I got this error in the log file:

[22-Oct-2010 12:45:29] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /zencart/includes/languages/hebrew.php:1) in /zencart/includes/init_includes/init_templates.php on line 78

what is that mean?

output started at /zencart/includes/languages/hebrew.php:1

Most likely a corrupt file/upload of file

Extra line space at opening php tag as it indicates line 1

I checked this file, and the first line is good, there is something else.

What editor are you checking it with?
Make sure that there is no line before it even if blank and no spaces/hidden item after it

Notepad, and I think the problem might be at Charset because

the log file says
/zencart/includes/init_includes/init_templates.php on line 78

and the line in this file says:
header("Content-Type: text/html; charset=" . CHARSET);

and I have problem with the Hebrew Charset on the Hebrew.php file.

I setup in the Hebrew file Windows-1255 Charset and it's still use UTF-8, so maybe the problem is here but I don't know how to figure this out.

That file is not the cause of the issue

It begins in hebrew.php:1

No matter anymore I solved the problem by myself the problem was in the files Like I said they are saved before on UTF -8.
And now I changed them to Western

I have encountered and causes you to reinstall. :no: I hope you or someone can figure out the cause for the problem
