    help question Pay Pal 10002 Security error - Security header is not valid

    Hey all,
    I'm getting this error msg at the top of the page in a red box at check out..

    Error We are sorry for the inconvenience. The PayPal account authentication settings are not yet set up, or the API security information is incorrect. We are unable to complete your transaction. Please notify the store owner so they can correct this problem. (10002) 10002 Security error - Security header is no
    t valid

    in my modules everything seems to be set up properly??

    That means you've not set valid credentials in your PayPal module. see http://www.zen-cart.com/getpaypal

    I have entered the correct API information but I get the same error. I have used copy/paste to avoid typo twice with same negative result.

    Any more ideas?

    If you got your credentials from your live paypal account, then you need to select "live" mode, not "sandbox" mode in your module settings.

    I know that...have installed dozens of Zen Carts and PayPal API's

    Everything I did is as I have always done.
