Using more than one shipping method

Sorry to keep posting on here guys, but I'm completely stumped (again )

I'm trying to set my site to have 2 shipping methods.

1. Standard UK delivery based on weight per item

2. Recorded UK delivery based on weight per item

I'm planning on setting option 1 as the flat rate module, and option 2 as the per item module. Can I also rename the per item module to Recorded Delivery and the flat rate module to Standard delivery? If I do trhis, how can I get them both to show as options for the customer to choose in the store so it bills them correctly?

Follow the method for cloning and name them as you wish

Enable them both and give them a sort order
