how do I reconfigure the number of downloads?

Hi all, been searching for ages. but here goes. I have a customer that has ordered lots of downloads from my site. She has since emailed and asked me to resend as her pc crashed. I clicked on the update button and they all activated again for her, but the instead of the default of 14 days and 2 downloads. it went to over 100 and still 2 downloads. That was ok, till today she again tells me that she has lost all from her pc thru not backing up and would like me to send her all of her digital orders once again ( original order was a year ago) Anyways I thought I would send these once more, have clicked on the update Button, it updates ok except for the amount of days...now that is around 235 days and it should be only 14 which is set in admin-configuration-attributes. any suggestions as to how to fix this in admin if possible.tanks

If I'm not mistaken, the number of days is calculated from the original purchase date, plus the number of days you're adding from today.
Thus, it would seem to be working as expected.
