Flatrate shipping method

because of nobody answered me in the topic from yesterday, I will change my question a bit:-)Which module is best for flat rate shipping? I am gonna have 3 zones or 3 flat rate prices...

Thank you very much,kobra:-)It seems, that I should have installed per item shipping mod on the first place:-)Anyway,it is clear to me now. Everything is working, except new zealand shipping cost is not shown in the list of options. I have cloned the files for that same way as for the rest of the world and changed everything accordingly: ITEM TO ITEMNEWZEALAND...I cant understand why is that not shown then... and I wanted to ask one more thing what does yellow color of the circle under "sort order column" means? I understood,that red-when module is not installed and green-when installed...what is yellow then?

I just tested, when I press "estimate delivery" I see two options as I wrote above,but if I choose in the dropdown menu New Zealand as a country to ship the goods,then I see options:1-new zealand and 2-rest of the world,Au is not in the list then...I do not need Au of course if I want goods to be shipped to NZ, but is not it strange that only 2 options are in the list instesd of 3?...
