help question Product Page not found, Error 404

    Hi there!
I'm still fairly new to this so please bear with me if this question sounds stupid. I have searched the forums and couldn't find anyone else with this problem so I'm wondering if its just something very simple that I'm missing.

It seems like a product page isn't being created when I add a new product. More specifically, on my site, when I click to see more details about my product it gives me the "Product Page not found, Error 404" error page.
Here is a link to my site to give you an idea of what I'm talking about:
    http://www.sweetscense.ca/catalog/in...ndex&cPath=1_2

I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong.

    Here are some additional details:
What version of Zen Cart? 1.3.9
Is it a new install or an upgrade? New Install
What the addons/contributions you have installed? Aberdeen Neutral Template
What customizations have you made? Modified a couple of the style sheets and replaced some of the graphics.

Any information you guys could provide me would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you!

    *update*
Steps I've taken to figure out whats wrong:
    -
-Checked every possible config option within zencart, couldnt find anything that would prevent product pages from being created.

To check if it was a bug I:
-Went under config/mystore/missing page check, and selected Off.
-Clicked on the product on my site. The page was completely blank instead of showing the "Page not found" message.
-Checked to see if a debug.log file was created in my cache folder. There wasn't one.
-Went under config/mystore/missing page check, set it back to page not found.

I'm thinking it must be a file/folder permission issue. Maybe a folder that should be set to read/write is set to read only, therefore preventing the program from creating a product page.
Is this possible? If so, what file/folder should I be looking for.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Seems like you're missing files and maybe even folders under the /includes/ folder and subfolders.
The MOST common cause of problems such as this is a bad FTP upload, where files/folders were missed or didn't upload completely.
