help i installed a shipping mod and now im getting wierd error

Hello I run a site www.socialvapor.com

I installed a shipping mod called flat_rate_shipping_based_on_ukeu_and_row_and_product_category

now i am getting this error on my front page when i load my site

1146 Table 'd60723043.TABLE_EZPAGES' doesn't exist
in:
[select * from TABLE_EZPAGES where status_header = 1 and header_sort_order > 0 order by header_sort_order, pages_title]

I have found the line of code thought maybe it was a call error because in mySQL the table is called .TABLE_ezpages I tried fixing that in the code but still got the same message.

when I installed the mod i made a mistake and didn't back anything up, I can still use the back end for the most part but If I have to reinstall zen cart i need at least back up my products there are alot of them and I have been puting them in for weeks and I need to open by nov 1st please someone help me

Looks like your addon replaced the /includes/database_tables.php file with a very old incomplete one meant for a much older version of Zen Cart. You'll need to put back the correct one.

ok so i did what you said and it worked to a point now I cant view my products, it shows them there but when i click on them I cant see them also in the back it wont let me access my ez-pages or my install SQL patches page any idea what files I need to replace for those I have uninstalled the mod and gone threw and replaced every file I originally had with the ones from the zen cart install files i have.

ok so i found out the /includes/filenames.php hadn't replaced with the original it has now and everything is fixed thank you for all your help this problem seems solved.
