Zone table- Handling Fee is not added to the shopping basket

Hi,
I'm having very annoying problem:
I use the Zone table to calculate the shipping fee. I add also Handling Fee. This fee is not added to the basket. I can't find any other way to add a flat fee to a shipment (and i need to). The only way i can find is to use the "law order fee" bat i need it to use for it's original purpose.

What is the Ship From and Ship To address being used?

What is the Weight of the Order?

What do you see calculated for the Zone Rate zones shipping module?

Hi, Thanks for quick replay.

* We use gram as the weight units
* I can't use 3.9, it will be to complicated to make this change...

1. We ship from Israel to any ware, i made the test with US address, first in the zone table.
2. I took 600 grams product, we add 1200 grams Tare weight (It is an wholesale shop), so in shopping basket i see 1800 grams.
3. It calculates 47.5$ I don't know from where it takes this number, i don't have it in any of the shipping zones.



I checked in other shops that i have and it dose not work in any of them...

Ops, I got it now! the 19.5 fee is just added to the shipping fee.
Is that how is supposed to work?
Mmmm, is there any way to seperate it to new row in the invoive?

Check the settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

Because you are using grams, the Maximum Weight Shipped of 50 is too low for your Zone Rates ...

You need to raise that amount to work with your Zone Rate settings ...

Most likely, you also need to turn off the Tare Rates by setting those to: 0:0 ...
