Hello, I'm new to ZC sorry if this has been answered before. I'm running version 1.3.9. Nothing has been added to the site extra. I need to know how to get my shipping to be able to do USPS flat rate for domestic (first class, priority) and for international flat rate (priority only). Then I need if the order is over $100.00 then offer free shipping to domestic only.

Any help would be great. Thanks
