Add to Cart Button not Linking

Using 1.3.9g.
Addons - Grid layout, google analytics, ceon uri, nochex gateway...

Hi guys - i've searched through the posts and can find lots of posts relating to missing add to cart buttons, but my buttons appear but no longer link to the cart itself. If i hover over the button, the mouse pointer changes but no link is attached. I've checked the add to cart code against the original in the tpl_product_info_display.php and its identical.

Whereelse should i be looking and what should the link be?

I'm sure I checked it all after installing CEON but could it be that?

Going to the following link:

I can add the example product to the cart using the add to cart button just fine?
