Small problem with mailing a gift certificate
Hi, I tried to email a customer a gift certificate today for the first time, and even though the system reported the email as being sent, her GV balance is still zero.
I tried emailing myself a GV and it didnt come through either. (this is all from selecting a customer in the dropdown list)
I then manually typed in an email and was able to successfully send a GV to myself.
Can anyone think of why the emails aren't going through to those customers in the dropdown list?
