Larger image popup problems

Hi,
I have built a site and have come across a problem with the popup for the larger image.
When the link is clicked the image is centred and cannot be seen unless the popup window is expanded.

Is there a way this can be fixed as its quite annoying and unprofessional.
Im using version 1.3.9h but has been happening since version f when i built it.

Switch to the classic template and see if the issue persists

nothing is wrong is the classic template so it must be one of the mods ive installed.
Can anyone ppoint me in the right direction of which page controls this and maybe even which mod it could be?
I've just uninstalled imaged handler 2 and it hasnt helped. I still have image manager installed but im sure it was happening before i installed that. I also have Additional Images installed and it was definately happening before i installed that

We have no clue what mods you have installed nor have you provided the information as to version and others in the how to post faq

I stated what version im running in my first post. I also wrote in my last post what mods i have installed which are image related.
I thought maybe someone with more knowledge of zen cart than me may known about a mod that affects this off the top of their head which is why i asked. Someone might also know what file/configuration controls the image popup.

Did you cross check the template supplied files against the later version ones if they have a new version?

I would say you missed something

I've managed to get it better but its only really a hack fix.
I removed "class="centeredContent" from \includes\templates\MYTEMPLATE\popup_image\tpl_main.page.php but i have a white border down the right hand side and it cuts off the bottom few pixels of the image too.
