    Default yet another express issue

    Hi guys,

I looked around a bit for a similar issue but cant find any like this one.

Basically, i try to put through a payment and it wont let me continue, its greyed out.

Also, is there a way to change so instead of my email address, it shows the business name instead?

    Thanks

Are you trying to send money to yourself for testing? Can't do that.

No, that wouldnt even let me get this far. I have two accounts, one is mine, which is a business account and the other is just a standard account which i am using for payments.

I'm completely new to this, and I really want to streamline checkout so users dont have to register and go through 10 steps to order an item.

    a) If you want it to show your Business name instead of your Email address on the top of the page, you need to upgrade from a Premier account to a Business account. Contact PayPal tech support if you're having problems doing that.

    b) What version of Zen Cart? Which PayPal modules do you have enabled in Admin->Modules->Payment?
What exactly did you do *before* you got to that screen? ie: what steps did you do between opening your browser and seeing that screen?

i fixed the paypal name thing, i thought i had the business account setup but i mustn't have done it.

Well i think it was the shipping option which was the issue.

I dont get that error now, i just have it adding 3 items to my cart instead of just the one... will sort that out and report back
