Upgraded from G to H, all of my customers are gone in admin and product names blank

After the upgrade to H from G all of my customers are gone in the admin field, when you first log in..
When i go to the customers menu all the customers are there but the fields are all messed up..

I've emptied the web browser and double replaced all the files again..

Someone who knows what's happened?

As per the title of this topic, I seem to be experiencing a bunch of weird issues after upgrading to 1.3.9h:

1.: The invoices now do not show the addresses of the customers any more. All it shows is () which I assume is referring to the postal codes that once used to be there
2.: When editing a product in the Admin interface, the Product Name, Product Model and Product Description fields now somehow are empty, where they used to show the details just fine
3.: Some weird issue with products no longer loading for a 3rd party add-on I use as a product carousel on the front-page

Any idea what could be the cause of these issues and how they can be resolved? Or am I forced to try and back-track on the modifications I made to return back to 1.3.9g?

Appreciate your thoughts and suggestions!

Evidently you're using an older version of PHP.

Wondering whether anyone can shed some light on whats happening. I have a fresh 1.3.9h installation on a linux server and have not added anything so far. I have set up tax classes and tax rates (UK VAT) so far along with an EEC VAT zone. I have added one category and 1 product - the problem is that when I go to edit the product ... 'Title', 'Model' fields etc... have disappeared and appear not to be storing correctly. Any help would be much appreciated.

By the way - the information is actually sat there in the database because I can see it - it appears that it is just not loading from the database.

Ok, a further update. I have just reinstalled with a fresh fileset complete with new database and didn't even bother with taxes etc.... Having the same problem unfortunately. Really could do with some help now if anyone has any ideas.

you are a genius and thankyou very much. I have checked my PHP version and was suprised to find it is 'inadequate' to say the least. I am with 1&1 and have one of their best packages so I am very suprised - I will be contacting them tomorrow. Thanks again.
