Fed Ex Module, Shipping Estimator, In State shipping

How do I get Fed Ex to show up in the Shipping Estimator - like UPS does...???

I have FedEx module installed and setup and it is "green" in admin (even got hold of a meter number) - along with UPS and Store Pick up. When I click the Estimator - only UPS and Store Pick up show as options.

Also - sometimes - if my shipping order zipcode is in a nearby state from the stores zipcode - I only get store pick up as a shipping option. Why? Does in-state shipping need to be enabled somewhere??

The Shipping Estimator will not give quotes from Real Time servers unless:

1 you have the address information complete

2 there is a quote to display

If you do not see it on the Shipping Estimator when you complete the shipping information and hit Update ... then you probably will not see it on the checkout_shipping as there isn't a quote to show ...
