Hello I have already in my Online store payment system via Paypal.
But I also want to add payment method by phone call for example:
New customer click add to cart and he goes to the payment page
and he can tick options:
1.Paypal
2.Phone call - please call to this number XXX-XXX-XXXX to make a purchase.
How can I do that?

You can rename and edit the text in the Check/Money Order payment module.
