Of course there are small towns that don't get the single method I had selected in the UPS module settings.

Sooooo it's fixed now...Like you said - turn on more 1-day options/methods for the smaller rural towns. I even turned on the 2-Day options as some small towns don't have 1-day service. Yep, it's true.

You are most welcome ... thanks for confirming that the issue is that UPS cannot deliver to ALL addresses will ALL methods and sometimes you need to enable additional methods to cover everywhere ...
