locating files to change

Still quite new to this. Changed the Zencart logo at top left hand corner to our own but now want to resize this and cant find which directory it is in. Know it is called logo.gif

Where do I go to find the file to change the text that is sort of a HEADER to the right of the Zencart logo at top of the page.

I want to find the page of the HTML code of the home page to add in some metatags, addition keywords etc. Where is this located.
