Default Override for Define Pages Editor

I have just installed a new template and activated it and now my Main Page cannot be edited in Define Pages Editor. There is now an information message at the top of this page saying:

"Note: you should always edit the files located in your current template override directory, Example: /languages/english/html_includes/RI_TEMPLATE_07"

However I don't know how to get the Define Pages Editor to look at this directory - can anyone point me in the right direction?

Let's see your site so we can get a sense of what your template may have done. If there is a file at /includes/languages/english/html_includes/RI_TEMPLATE_07/define_main_page.php, the editor will bring up that one to edit.

The site is at the following link:

    http://www.ionoriginals.com/zencart/

As you can see it doesn't pick up the code properly near the top of the page because (I think??) I have edited the wrong page.

If you're using 1.3.9g, upgrading to 1.3.9h will fix that. You're editing the right file, or that code wouldn't show at all.

Thanks for that. However I am still trying to upgrade to 1.3.9g and now you say I need to upgrade again - will this process never end?!?!

With a dynamic codebase that is regularly being improved for function or security, and an army of hackers always trying to find new ways to crack it, the answer is no. It will never end.
At least the 1.3.9x updates don't involve the database (so far), only a relatively small number of files.

I hope not. Most of the changes in the 1.3.9 versions are bug fixes and security improvements.
