How to add a parts request page?

I am not sure how to add a parts request page so that when they request a part we can recieve and email on it. Can someone help me get this set up. Also i want to add a comment page but dont know how to do that either. Please help me!!

Are these parts set up as products ?

Comment on what ? A particular product ? That's what the Reviews function will do. On the whole site ? That's what the Contact Us page is for.

I achieved these "bespoke" form types by using a separate system developed by Appnitro, called Machform.

If it is not essential that this data is captured in the zencart database, then Machform is a simple, quick and effective solution.

The machform reference is embedded in a simple iframe on an EZpage, so it "appears" to be integral to zencart.

It takes about 3 or 4 minutes to build a form in Machform and have it embedded in an EZpage.

I want to make something where our customers can upload pictures on their own, rather than us having to upload them for them.
