Problem with MySQL export with chinese and UTF8

Hello Forum,

I have a problem exporting my database correctly.

I have chinese language install on my cart, and collation are set to UTF8. Now all the chinese had become something like that > '黄色水晶耳环' I have reload the export table in all different code but still can't get it to display correctly. Everything shown up ok on my site.

Has anyone got the solution.
