Multiple Shipping Zones Rate Module - Shipping Method Choosing

No it doesn't, None of my shipping methods are working. When you try to buy something it says shipping to your area is not available at this time.
Should I just start with the Free Shipping Australia, get that working then try to do the international one later?

Go to the Zone Definitions and click on your Australia Zone and click DETAILS ... what are set on the:
Country:
Zone:

Go to your Rest of the World Zone Definition and click on DETAILS ... how many definitions are set on this Zone?

Am I aloud to have Australia in both of the zone definitions?
or should I have every country in there expect australia and only have australia in the Australian wide free shipping?

Every country but Australia, unless you want to be showing them both the Free Shipping and the 30.00 Flat Rate shipping ...
