    Default images using 'larger' versions

Hi, please help... this sounds like it should be easy and maybe I'm blind to it. Basically, the image file from the product root directory is always used on my site. So for instance

    image/abc.jpg
    image/medium/abc_med.jpg
    image/large/abc_lrg.jpg

it always uses the abc.jpg (even when on category, and the 'larger image' pop up)

The admin suffice is _med and _lrg

    am I doing something noddy?

    thanks

    Simon

    Check your filenames ...

    By default the file:
    /images/abc.jpg

    would use:
    image/medium/abc_MED.jpg
    image/large/abc_LRG.jpg

Notice that the files are using caps on:
    _MED
    _LRG

These are set in the Configuration ... Images ...

    Hi,

thanks for the reply. The issue is resolved now
I altered the file name case sensivity issue. There was also an issue with a 'space' in the directory naming.

    So, I have name

    image/XXX/abc.jpg
    image/medium/XXX/abc_MED.jpg
    image/large/XXX/abc_LRG.jpg

    Did the trick

    thanks

It wouldn't matter if you used caps or not or even pink poke a dots. However it should be the same as what you have shown in the admin/configuration/images.
Product Info - Image Medium Suffix and Product Info - Image Large Suffix
