WAMPserver -- MYSQL Data....what the?

I used WAMPServer to setup a server for use with ZENCART. The problem is I have no idea how to create the database for zencart in MySql. MySql is running as a server. I downloaded a tool to build the database, but the zencart installer can not see the database. I did this once successfully by finding a blog about creating the Zencart database and copying it into one of the folders...however, I can't find that again, nor can I crack the code on creating the zencart database again. There are a lot of references to a CP, but this installation is no my local 2003 server and there is no CP like other hosting sites. Can anyone give me a push please?

I don't know about WAMPServer, but in xampp the control panel has a link to phpMyAdmin. If you can find such a link or get to that, it has all the tools for handling databases.
