I recently faced the same issue. I narrowed the Cpanel error down to a reference to jscript_easyslider.js in the define_main_page.php (found in \includes\languages\english\html_includes\[TEMPLATE NAME])
Upon removing that script reference, the cpanel error stopped occurring. It's a completely empty tag reference, and removing it seems to have no ill effects. Apparently not all of picaflor's free templates have this issue, and even the latest revisions of her templates appear to have removed the script reference from define_main_page.php.
But for those of you out there who are using one of the older free templates and encounter these Cpanel errors, try looking for the source of the issue in that file.
