Is there a way I can add text and or images to my front page without messing up the slideshow?
Thanks!
P.S I have tried and kept messing it up lol.

Make sure when you are using 'Define Pages Editor' to use the 'Text Editor' in 'Plain Text' mode, it usually gets messed up when you put it in the 'HTML Area'

Okay, this is really weird. I moved my "Copyright © 2011 Rainforest Pet Store. Powered by Zen Cart. Zen cart templates by Picaflor Azul" line down into the green section at the bottom of the template. I still haven't been able to get rid of it in its original location, so if anyone can help me with that, I'd be very grateful.
But...the footer only shows up on certain pages. It does NOT show up on the index page or any of the category pages. It only shows up on the product pages. Why not? I'm sure it's just a simple setting, but it's driving me kooky.

Thanks!!
Also...I followed advice from another thread for randomizing the New Products on the index page and the What's New sidebar. I had it working properly. But now I've lost the entire box of New Products on the index page, and I have no idea what I did wrong. Help???![]()
Have you checked your error log in the cache folder?But...the footer only shows up on certain pages. It does NOT show up on the index page or any of the category pages. It only shows up on the product pages. Why not? I'm sure it's just a simple setting, but it's driving me kooky.

Well, I figured out a rather novel solution to the problem...and in doing so have caused a few more.
I love the Ashley Pink design, but I wanted it to be green, so I downloaded and installed the pink design, which fixed the footer not showing up on the index page, and the missing new products. Hopefully I won't screw that up again as I go through and tweak it.
But....although I color-shifted all the available graphics to green, I don't know how to change the background color, the search bar color or button, or any of the thin separator bars. Where would I find the commands for that?
Thanks!!

I have a weird issue with this template. I seem to have a "floating" search box. You can see the site here: http://www.chantelleclaire.com
Under the Reviews section in the left column, there is a search box and button, but I have the search sidebox turned off. If I turn off the Reviews sidebox, the search box just moves down to the Newsletter sidebox, it's bizarre! If I switch back to the Classic template, the extra search box goes away.
Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks!
