Ok, got that fixed, now for some reason the right and left columns keep changing sizes depending on what page i'm on. Is there any way to make them the same size always?

If you look closely at the recommended admin settings you will see that you need to put the "px" after the width in the layout settings for column right and left width and sidebox left and right width.

i double checked, the px was already there. i've attached 2 screenshots, 1 of my settings, the other of the uneven columns.

One more thing... when i click on the 'specials' link in the footer, there is NO center column, something isn't right :) here's a link to the page http://www.lunabugsoap.com/index.php?main_page=specials

Nothing will show in the specials centerbox until you designate some products as specials in your admin.

The demo does not do this and I installed the template on a fresh zen cart to double check and it does not behave that way either. The problem must be caused by a customization that you have made. See the demo here:

I've found one more thing i can't figure out.

I've set the Admin->E-Mail Options->Display "Newsletter Unsubscribe" Link? to false yet the link is still showing up in the footer.
