I've found one more thing i can't figure out.

I've set the Admin->E-Mail Options->Display "Newsletter Unsubscribe" Link? to false yet the link is still showing up in the footer.

Edit the includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/ashley_pink/footer_menu_defines.php file.
