Home Page white after change server

Hello everyone,
are an Italian user of ZenCart 1.3.9f. My English is not good and I write with the google translator.
Yesterday I changed my server (and even from Linux to Windows platform) by a beckup of all files in the store and then performing an installation-update on the new server. So far so ok. Fixed the problems of the new paths in the file "configure.php" and paths in the db. I have left this great problem: how can you see www.thefutureshop.it the home page is white and there is nothing. Until he was on linux server was working perfectly. I have to make some changes in the transition from Linux to Windows?
Does anyone have any idea? I just do not understand ...
