Control Panel navigation missing

I am using Zencart on this site: http://nomorningsickness.com/store, I uploaded a few products last week and now I login to the back side and the menu bar is missing so I can't add anything else to the site, I am using Zen Cart 1.3.9. Any idea why the menu bar is now missing???

All I can see is:

Statistics, New Customers, New Orders.

Any help would be great.

Possible a file has been corrupted. I would re-upload all the admin area folders and files, overwriting what's there.

After that, you want to rename your admin folder and maybe upgrade to the latest (1.3.9h) version while you're at it.
