EZ-Pages PLAIN Area

When i select Text Editor to PLAIN TEXT on EZ- Pages still IS SHOWS HTML on ez page and when under Configuration >my store > HTML Editor when i select Plain text and save it shows NONE on my store in HTML option



So whats going on? Can anyone help me with this?

Well, I've read all three of your identical posts, and I'm still not sure what you're asking.

When you change the EZ pages option to plain text, are you saying the HTML tool bar still appears at the top of the editing box, or does the text in the box still appear as HTML, or ?

In that case, 'None' refers to what HTML editor is selected - if you select 'Plain Text', then no HTML editor is selected, so, 'None'.

when i select PLAIN TEXT... the page editing comes with HTML which should be in PLAIN TEXT... PLEASE HELP ME ... that means option available for me is only HTML....




So whats going on? Can anyone help me with this?

Your post is very confusing...can you give us a screen shot of what you are seeing???

Hopefully you've figured this out but I thought I'd throw in what I've found works. I've found that when I change my editor I sometimes need to logout and clear my cache and log back in to see that change take place.
