help for database problem

can someone help me figure this out please
i installed a mod duel/wholesale pricing into current zencart and now i cant see any customers orders i get the following error
plus the mod isent working either

installed back ups to database and zencart files its not fixed it tho anyone any ideas, dont want a fresh install if poss as i have over 800 products on site.
any help would be better than non.

That should have squared it???

Try manually removing the files and running the uninstall sql

i tried this, if i uninstall sql files my whole site when i look at it live is all in code with no pics side boxes etc.. just gibberish code. i reinstalled patch and site was ok apart from original problem as 1st stated all the files in the mod r in the right places etc but i dont get the wholesale option i am just redoing the backup again but it did not remove the problem last time.
do i delete the database and upload the saved file or just over write like i just did.
zencart is just reinstalling backup thats going to take about 2 hours at the current speed
i read somewhere on here the .c before the databse names means the database is corrupt i checked the database for these .c files and they dont exist, i think the post about these .c files said the databse was not savable. but things seem ok except customer details and orders.

If your backup is a proper one, you only need overwrite it

ok i did the restore with the saved database and zencart files

nothing has changed with the original problem, i know these files i have uploaded were saved before the mod was applied because i had to pay to get them from my hosting company as they make back ups on a daily basis.

could these .c files have been written into the zencart files somehow as when i search using the developes tools lots of files come up showing these .c.customer file types

can i delete the .c from themor would i get new files from a new set of zen files and replace them with these
sorry about all the questions, ive done loads of mods on my zencart and never had a problem and i always back up first. but the back ups seem not to do anything unless my hosting company conned me.

As I stated earlier - - Remove the modules files manually

it worked did reinstalls of zencart and saved database all back to normal.
