Google redirect when using link?

My sites has always been easy to google and find, but all of a sudden, on of my sites generates a Google redirect notice when clicking then link in google search.

It worked fine a week ago, but today i got this google redirect link when i tried to click the link.

I dont have a clue why its doing this, and i dont get why i get some long %¤# link instead of the direct link to the site.

I do get to my site when clicking the link, but why its choosing to do the redirect notice i dont know.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this redirect link plz

That is just spooky.
I just did a new search myself and it didnt do it
I swear that it did it on that link yesterday and i tried several times over the course of the day.
I still dont get why it did it, but im glad its not doing it anymore.
