USPS Jan '10 changes - Linda?

Linda, read your post about USPS changes on Jan of 10 http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=144992 and I had a question. We are on 1.3.7 . We are highly modded so a compete upgrade to 1.3.9h is nearly impossible. We are having discrepancies with USPS rates that are off by about .35 for flat rate to Puerto Rico. How do you recommend we upgrade our shipping module and do you feel that upgrade will resolve these discrepancies?

The upgrade for the USPS shipping modules should fix the problem ...

You might want to actually get the one in the current Zen Cart from the Home page and use that one ...

Be sure to follow the steps:

1 Save current USPS settings to NotePad

2 REMOVE the current USPS shipping module

3 load the new usps.php via FTP to your:
/includes/modules/shipping

directory on the server

4 INSTALL the USPS shipping module and reconfigure it
