Link Not Working?

Hi there, I have created a custom page that appears in the 'Define Pages Editior'. I've named it define_bang.php and is in the following location: includes/languages/english/html_includes/

However, I try to get to the page through the browser by typing the following but it just says Page Cannot be Found. What am I doing wrong? The link I'm typing in is: http://localhost:8888/index.php?main_page=bang
