I've had a intermittent reoccurring issue with Zen Cart's discount coupons for www.primevapor.com.
The issue arises when a customer uses a discount code for a product. The site appears to be functioning normally, it gives the notice that the coupon has been redeemed and it even shows the reduced amount at the checkout confirmation screen.
The kicker is that when the information is sent to our credit card gateway for processing, they sometimes charge the full amount without giving the discount. I cannot find a pattern to what causes this
This has caused several of our customers some concern as they apply their discount codes only to be charged the full amount!
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Could zen be sensitive to having too many coupons active at any one time?
