Is it possible to create an info box under header_bg.jpg on the main page ? I want a one line or one row box that's as wide as the page, located just under the main page header image.
If this is possible, how would I achive this ? i.e. what files do I need to edit and what do I need to enter in them ?

I'm thinking stylesheet.css and possibly a few other php files ? i.e. the main page display script ?
