Unable to add product option value

hi,
i have just noticed an error on my site, when i tried to add a product attribute to one of my products (all ready has attributes set ) i can add the product option name but when i add the product option value and then press insert, the option name does not update and the page redirects to my admin index. this use to work fine before i upgraded from 1.3.9d to the latest version, does any one know what the problem could be.

i have now solved this issue, i just uploaded the following files again and everything is back to normal, strange as i did check each file with beyond compare and they are exaclly the same , but anyway its sorted now

Thanks for the update that you were able to resolve this issue by reloading the files ... this could of been a problem with a bad upload that might have corrupted a file or ... the ol' "I thought I uploaded all of those but really missed one" ...
