Problem showing all manufacturers in advanced search

I have a problem with my advanced search. When you select the "limit to manufacturer" drop down list, only two manufacturers are listed. I have numerous manufacturers with products that are linked.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Other information:
Using version 1.39h
site is copsprotectiveservices.com
I have numerous addons but I believe none affect the search function.
