Please Help no main page!

I need help! I had to uninstall a mod "Mulitsite" like it was installed but I got a blank page on my main page and I did a Debug Error log and its says:

HP Fatal error: Call to undefined function cat_filter() in /home/hkeaton/public_html/includes/modules/meta_tags.php on line 47

How can I fix this?

Now I did another Debug error log and its says:

Nevermind I have got it fixed now.
