Table Rate Shipping not working right?

Hello all,

My store is currently configured to use table rate shipping. However it seems to be calculating incorrectly.

I have a product with its weight set to 0.2 and it's charging me the 3lb weight. I changed the product weight to 1 just incase there was a conflict with using decimals and it still didn't work.

Here's my shipping table:
0.13:5.95,3:6.95,5:8.96,8:14.95,10:17.95,15:20.95,30:40.00,40:45.00,100:100.00

Then the shipping thing says this when its in the cart:
Available Shipping Methods Rates
Table Rate (1 x 4.00lbs) (Best Way) $8.96

How can I remedy this?

Check what settings you have in
admin > config > shipping > for Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight

Make it 0:0 if it is not

NOTE: based on your settings, you will want to set the Maxium Weight to: 100 if you want that 100 lbs setting to work ... it will break the weight into increments of 50 and never reach the 100 ...

It was on 0:3. This got it down to 6.95 but it should still be 5.95.

Any other ideas? Almost there!

I think you are reading this wrong:

0.13:5.95,3:6.95,5:8.96,8:14.95,10:17.95,15:20.95,30:40.00,40:45.00,100:100.00

<= 0.13 = $5.95
<= 3 = $6.95
<= 5 = $8.96
<= 8 = $14.95
etc. etc. etc.
