Chaning Banners

Hello I am new to Zencart and trying to figure out how all this works. I read the FAQs on how to change the banners, but it doesn't tell you where to start from. Which drop down list do I use to change the banners?

In admin. In the drop down list from tools there is a banner manager. See if that works.

Banners are managed in Admin - Tools - Banner Manager.

That assumes you mean 'banners' and not header images.
