Aberdeen Natural installation

Hi

I downloaded and installed aberdeen natural. The install document says optionally I should run a sql patch query through admin panel. When I did this I got an error saying duplicate entry check etc. The template is visible after selection but it is not clear how to change the beautiful rolling demo pictures into something our store sells,
