Blank page when checking out?? Help!

Hey I was wondering if anyone could help me out... When customers go to check out of my store they just get a blank page... I called my web hoster they said they don't see any errors or crashed tables in the data base... They said to give this site a shot.. Any help would be great

Thanks but no dice, that didn't work... I'm so confused with this
The store works I can view everything add product take product off.. only when customers go to check out the page goes blank

Did you enable error logging or check the logs?

Check the logs? I called my hosting company they said there were no errors. I check the data base tables myself and saw no crashed ones. I went to the store manger thing in the admin section on zen cart and hit update and did the Cleanup Debug Log File...

but still nothing..

No....you have an issue with a file and the link I provided is your guide

I had a similar issue... and I created the file and put in the local dir... saw the messages... opened the file in question... but it looked correct... so I changed the template to the classic... it worked fine... noticed that the file there (header) was in ascii... so went back to the template file.. (which I had opened up with non text editor), and it wanted to open it in the UTF or whatever it was... so I changed it to open with ascii, removed the little upside down question mark, etc... saved it... works fine... all cart pages showing up now! So following the suggestions here is KEY!! Thank you.
