Need help: Define Pages Editor

When I use the HTMLarea say for the privacy policy for the define pages editor, the text looks good in the editing area but once i save, refresh all the coding shows up on my site. How do i fix this!?

Any help is appreciated.

I download the upgrade using winrar so i have all these files.

What do i do with them now?

Upload them to the server using an ftp client?

FTP to the same location & overwrite
Select all files & folders Drag & drop or transfer

You must have ZenCart installed as your post was about using html area

Where are the files for it installed?

That is where you need to over write them with the new set of files

Correct I have zen cart installed. My files are /public_html/mydomain/store i beleive?

To what version??
From what version?
Check in admin > tools > server/version info

Or try editing the file in the admin and resaving first
