Google Checkout Question

Hello All,

First time posting My questions..

1 - I am using the Sandbox GCO and everything seems to be working, emails are sent out, orders are processed and everything but they aren't appearing in the ZenCart Orders tab. Does that matter?

2 - How do I make GCO the only method for customers to purchase on my website?

3 - GCO - How do I review all of the other shipping methods? Express, overnight etc. I just want the one method which is our flat rate asap shipping method. I will be sending the daily purchase report from GCO to my distributor.

I just worked out #3. I found the option in the module payment section of GCO.

I have another additional question though.

4 - With GCO working now, if a customer clicks on the shopping cart, GCO is not an option for them as a method of payment. Without any other method of payment but GCO, they run into a dead end. How can I make it that the GCO option appears as the only option in all areas of the shopping cart?
