Editing Default Country ----issues!

Hi, again another newbie question that I couldn't find an answer to in the tutorials. I'm currently using v1.3.9g

i am trying to change my default country and running into problems. Everytime i add a new product, it's showing me the AUS flag even though i've set everything to Canada (at least I think I have)....am i missing something?

Have you replaced the image in
/includes/languages/images - - with the canada flag?
