Admin Error Message

I tried to upgrade and am now unable to get into my Admin area. I keep getting this:

Warning: require(DIR_FS_CATALOG_LANGUAGESenglish/meta_tags.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/s/h/e/sheenah/html/zencart/admin/includes/languages/english.php on line 50

I assume I am supposed to change something in my english.php file? But don't get if I should add something in or delete something out. Please help!

Check the file on the server for:
/admin/includes/configure.php

and make sure that you have the Admin copy loaded and not the Catalog copy ...

The Catalog copy is in:
/includes/configure.php

and is similar but different from the Admin copy ...

Found help with this through Thread 165094.

Configure.php file was wrong in Admin>Incl>configure.php

Compared text present to text on backup file and they were quite different. Yes I think I must have had the Catalog Copy (Includ>configure.php) text present... I always thought they were the same!

Now that I was finally able to get into my Admin... I checked the version info and am seeing this:

Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Database Patch Level: 1.3.9h
v1.3.9h [2010-11-11 15:47:29] (Version Update 1.3.8->1.3.9h)
v1.3.9h [2010-11-11 13:11:10] (Version Update 1.3.8->1.3.9h)
v1.3.8 [2008-03-25 08:45:36] (Fresh Installation)


I am trying to upgrade to 1.3.9h and want to know if it upgraded or these 1.3.9h settings are only security patches and not a full blown upgrade. Can you help?

I see in another thread it shows Zen Cart 1.3.9h, Database Patch Level: 1.3.9h, in your admin when it has fully upgraded. Why isn't mine working?!?!?!?

Couple of questions on things I could try:

1) Someone mentioned removing my configure.php files, then try upgrading, then add them back in. This seems like it will make everything stop working?

2) In my zc folder should I have the 1.3.9h full file set folder listed, or should I pull out only the zc_install folder and take everything else in the full file set and move it to my html folder?

I dunno. I feel like I am grasping for straws here, but am so close. It has to be something minor.

because you've not uploaded all the v1.3.9h PHP files to your server. You've still got the v1.3.8 files on your server.

Not appropriate.

Um ... Are you talking about something off the wall like naming the folder "zencart-139h-full-fileset"?
I wouldn't do that if I were you.

It's already telling you that your database is upgraded fine. It's your PHP files that aren't updated. You need to upload them via FTP.
